We want to make sure that your order is made right.
So if you receive an order that is defective, we want to fix that for you asap.
Please reach out to us immediately after receiving your order if you've received a defective product so that we can look into the matter immediately.
Returns or Exchanges
As each product is custom made to order (and because a portion of all sales are given to different grassroots charities to help make the world around us a better place), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
This is because we have decided that rather than mass produce our products and put further strain on the environment, we have decided to take a more thoughtful approach.
And while we know that this isn't the typical stance of most online brands, we aren't a typical brand.
We are aware that some brands try all kinds of underhanded things to ensure that you can't return your product like: saying they don't accept returns on sale items and then - surprise - everything on their site is on sale, or offering refunds and then ghosting you when you ask for one.
But that's not who we are.
We don't feel good when we get tricked like that, and that's why we want to be upfront with you before you buy.
And we're aware that this might cost us a few sales and that other brands write us off as being naive as to how business should be done.
Frankly, we're wanting to be honest and upfront.
Because we actually value our customers and want to be honest with them.
Besides, this isn't a brand for the masses, and the type of person who wears our brand is exceptional.
They aren't the type of people who ignore a sizing chart, order the wrong size and then try to blame the company.
And they aren't the type of people who try to engage in all kinds of retail fraud to try and get free stuff.
No.
In fact the person wearing our brand is the exact opposite.
The type of person who wears our brand understands that their purchase is not just about getting a product - it's much more.
They know it's about acknowledging that they share the same values as we do, and that they are part of our tribe.
And they know that when they purchase a product through us that they are actually partnering with us to make the world around us a better place.
Their purchase enables us to support various grassroots charitable organizations that provide help for those battling a variety of mental health illnesses as well as food & shelter for at risk teens and youth.
They also are excited about our initiative to honor veterans as well as the incredible men and women in industry who are working in the trenches.
One of the characteristics about the type of person who wears our brand that - that we think is absolutely amazing - is that they are honorable and generous people.
They are the type who would literally give you the shirt off your back.
In fact, they're the type of people who keep their word even when it costs them.
